Our farm-raised ducks are raised outside with fresh air, sunshine and plenty of room to explore, forage and enjoy their natural behaviors.

Duck is known for its tender, juicy meat and rich, savory flavor. With its generous layer of flavorful fat and darker meat, it offers a deeper, more indulgent taste than chicken—and that rendered duck fat is a treasure all its own.
